Registration Information

Steps to complete a student registration:
1. Complete the registration form on our portal here.
2. You will receive an email from no-reply@realitinc.com. The following information will be requested in this email:
- Birth Certificate
- Universal Child Health Record Form /Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency. Please prepare to upload:
(1) one document listed in Category A

- The most recent real estate tax bill for your residence, showing you as the taxpayer.
- A signed lease or deed for my residence.
- A closing statement for the purchase of your residence.
- A notarized affidavit from the owner of my residence and yourself stating that you reside at that residence on a full-time basis.

(2) two documents listed in Category B.

- Driver’s License
- Gas, electric, or water bill, dated within the past 3 months.
- Home/apartment insurance certificate.
- First class mail/letter from state or federal agency dated within the past 3 months.
- Bank statement dated within the past 60 days.

3. Complete the Home Language Survey
4. After submitting the registration form (step 1), uploading all required documents (step 2), and completing the survey (step 3), you will receive an email from the school principal, Mrs. Skomial (jskomial@rockboro.org). Kindergarten screening information will be included in this email.
