    Bulletin Boards - Maintain the board outside the Lincoln School office and the Walls of Fame at TJ by doing seasonal bulletin boards and including HSA information of coming events.  Boards should be changed every two months or so.

    HSA School Sign - Maintain and keep current.  Responsible for the box of letters.

    Membership - 1 for Lincoln and 1 for TJ. Coordinate and solicit helpers for both "Back to School Night" Membership Drives.

    Scholarship Committee - 5-7 Persons needed to read, review and rate the applications to determine the recipients (the number and amounts will be determined by a vote of the attending members at a general meeting).

    Fall Book Fair/Spring Book Fair - Coordinate the volunteers, do any ordering and distribution at the conclusion of the fairs and act as a liaison with Scholastic representatives, be available to do setup and breakdown of fair.

    Publicity/Communications - Copy and distribute HSA newsletters and notices that need to be sent home.  Handle any publicity as directed by the Executive Board.

    Fall Fundraiser - Set up dates, distribute and collect packets, collect all monies and work with the treasurer, distribution of all sales to students.

    Spring Fundraiser - Same as above.

    School Store - Run the School Store held each month at each school, make purchases and keep track of inventory. Get a volunteer crew together to help at each month's school store at each school.
     

    Box Tops - Sort and mail the box tops.

    Remember the HSA needs your help to continue to do good things for our kids.  HSA needs all these committees to be chaired and headed by dedicated people.  Please step forward and help out.  Step forward with a friend, do it as a team!  The more the merrier!  Help keep the HSA going for our kids.
